Sharks - property of mankind

Marshall Islands have followed the lead of other Pacific country, Palau which has created two years ago in the waters the world's largest spark reserve. It was followed also by other countries, including the Bahamas.
In September the group of eight countries, including Mexico, Honduras, Maldive Islands and Northern Mariana Islands, has signed the declaration on assistance to measures on protection of sharks all over the world.
Because of rather low rates of reproduction of a shark are especially vulnerable in the conditions of industrial or casual catch.
Measures on protection of sharks can promote also to the general biological variety of world ocean as they enter restrictions on the extraction right in the fishing industry.
